No layers
There is no middle management to go through. You work directly with the people who run ZERSYNC and the people who use it, and decisions are made by whoever is doing the work — not passed up a chain.
We are building one system for the whole company — sales, purchasing, production, the warehouse, accounts and HR — for the firms the big ERPs priced out. We are a small, lean team: everyone here carries a large part of the company. Every role is remote, from anywhere.
Lean, on purpose: a few people, each with real responsibility, and nothing between them and the work.
There is no middle management to go through. You work directly with the people who run ZERSYNC and the people who use it, and decisions are made by whoever is doing the work — not passed up a chain.
Each person is responsible for a whole outcome — a part of the product, a market, a customer's first day on the system — from start to finish. You will take on a lot of responsibility, early.
ZERSYNC was built inside a working manufacturer and runs there every day. Whatever your role, you hear first-hand what works on the shop floor and what does not.
Every role is remote. We judge the work, not where it was done.
A small team only works if everyone in it does. This is what that asks of you.
A base salary, plus a percentage of the results you are responsible for. The more you take on and deliver, the more you earn.
Build ZERSYNC itself: the browser app people work in all day and the backend behind it — from the production scheduler to the printed invoice.
Find and win the companies ZERSYNC is built for: firms of 10 to 249 people outgrowing spreadsheets, or paying per person for software.
Fit ZERSYNC to how a company actually works, on paid set-up projects: bring their products, customers and suppliers in, set the system up and train their team.
