Getting started
Can we start today?
You can create an account today, but you will not be able to use our services yet.
Do we need to install anything?
No. ZERSYNC runs in the browser — on a desk, a tablet or a phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to update.
Do you help us get started?
If you want, yes. Help getting started is optional and paid separately: we bring in your products, customers and suppliers, set the system up for the way you work and train your team, quoted for your company. Either way, once you join we send you the tutorials and documentation.
Which departments does it cover?
Sales, purchasing, production and MRP, the warehouse, accounts, HR and bookings — all in one system, and all in every plan.
Can we work in more than one currency?
Yes. Each document keeps the currency it was made in, and totals can be shown side by side in the currency you choose.
Pricing
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the whole company, however many people sign in. Open an account for everyone who needs one — the office, the warehouse, the shop floor — and the price does not move.
What decides my plan?
How much your company runs through the system: the number of products and how complex they are, whether and how you manufacture, the employees you keep records for, and your customers and suppliers. Not the number of people who sign in.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for eleven months and use twelve: €649 a year on Small, €1,870 on Medium, €4,015 on Large, €7,689 on Business — the usage part of Business is billed on top.
What does Business cost?
€699 a month for the whole company, plus a variable part based on how much you run through the system. Tell us your products, production, employees and customers and suppliers, and we will give you the figure.
How are urgent requests counted?
Per month: 3 on Small, 8 on Medium, 16 on Large, 24 on Business. The count starts again each month, and anything you send as not urgent is never counted.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT.
Your data
Who can see our company's records?
Only the people in your company who have an account, and each of them only the departments they are given. No other company on ZERSYNC can see your records.
Where is our data kept?
In the European Union, in Ireland.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. Your company's administrator can download its records at any time from the company settings — every table as a spreadsheet file, in one zip. Files you have uploaded are not part of that download.
Support
How do we get help?
Send a technical-assistance request from the contact page with your company code. Standard queries are answered within your plan's time — one to two weeks — and urgent requests within one to three days.
Where do we find our company code?
Your administrator finds it under Admin → Company Settings. It is the code your company signed up with.
Can we suggest a feature?
Yes — from the contact page. If we build it, you get the credit, and a month free.

Are you hiring?
Yes. The open roles — all remote, from anywhere — are on the careers page, and you can send an open application there too.
Are you raising money?
Not at the moment. ZERSYNC has two investors, both firms that run on it every day, and we are always open to a conversation — see our mission page.
